Hi there! It's been awhile since I've posted but I finally have some downtime to catch up. It's been a crazy year so far. I've released the Level Up! album which is available on most streaming platforms as well as my bandcamp page. I've been focusing mainly on building my Village here in California.  I finally pulled away from dance studios and decided to pursue teaching purely on an independent level. This gives me full control to interact with my students as well as give them a more focused experience.

Music wise I'm trying to find myself again as far as where I want to head next. I'm stepping back a bit from Production to just practice overall musicianship and listen to music.

One of the things I do want to get into more is producing my video content for educational and entertainment purposes as well.  I have so many ideas I want to get out! I can't wait to share my passion with you!

Here's a video I shot with a really cool guy! Check out his instagram: @phambam_

In December of 2017 I took my first trip to Taiwan. It was an amazing experience as it was the first time I performed outside of the US. I was greeted with so much love and appreciation. I can't wait to go back! I performed at the BOOG Vol. 5 event, played with PopYourSoul, and performed a second time for an event thrown just for me. I've made such strong relationships with the people there. It was definitely life changing :)

Hello my wonderful Villagers! On the 29th of April I released the Switch'd Up EP for free on bandcamp. You can check it out and all other releases here:

There was also a release party held at the Get Down Studio in Japan town in downtown San Jose.  It was such an amazing night! There were a couple live performances. Here's footage from one of my talkbox performances I did.

On July 10, 2016, I had a live performance for my friend Will's event Sunday Funk at The Get Down Studio in Japan Town San Jose.  Any time I can perform locally here in the Bay Area is always a pleasure as I get to do what I love for my close friends and dance community.  I had a little technically hiccups in the beginning but it all went well in the end. Much thanks to Funk'd Up TV for recording.

I believe this was my 4th ever live performance.  I'm getting more comfortable with each one and I'm really finding myself in the process. Also, so great to see people get down!

Earlier in 2016 I had the pleasure of performing live at a Legends in The Making event in Sacramento. It was my longest set at the time of 20 minutes straight. It was amazing to see the dancers respond so positively to my music. As soon as I finished they wanted more. The poppers were waiting for me to go on and once I did,  they were getting down! It's motivation for me to keep making music for the community and doing what I do. Much love and respect.
